Eric Pham graduated from Hofstra School of Law in May 2013. Prior to law school, he earned his bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Houston. Eric currently practices in the area of foreclosure defense. This is an area of law Eric believes benefits the local community by advocating to protect the rights of local homeowners.
Prior to joining R. David Marquez, P.C., Eric interned with the Hofstra Law Reform Advocacy Clinic, where he helped represent and advocate for the rights of hispanic clients who were wrongfully evicted in a civil rights case under the Fair Housing Act. He also interned with LexisNexis, a legal research corporation.
Eric spends a great deal of time and effort perfecting his litigation skills and is continuously informed on the latest New York case law regarding foreclosure defense. Eric is aware that new cases are decided on a regular basis, and legislation is discussed, that could dramatically impact litigation for homeowners. Eric also understands that effective legal strategies and detailed legal analysis will keep him ahead of the curve and will position him as an effective and qualified litigator for defending the homeowner.
